New Delhi: India's Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj has once again announced the medical visa to the Pakistani youth while showing humanity. The young man had asked permission from Sushma Swaraj to come to India a few days back and get permission to get her treatment. The young man tweeted Swaraj in this regard: "You are our last hope after Allah." Help us, a young man named Shah Jab Iqbal has given a visa to the Indian High Commission in Pakistan for his brother's liver transplant. The manga was there.
Responding to Iqbal's tweet, Sushma Swaraj tweeted to tweet her visa. In his tweet, he said that India will never let you down. I have asked the Indian High Commission in Islamabad to issue visas to your family immediately. He also announced a visa to a woman named Kishwar Sultana, who has to transplant the liver from a hospital in Noida, too. The External Affairs Minister had announced on the occasion of Independence Day that India would make every possible effort to provide Visa immediately to every patient of Pakistan keeping in mind humanity.
In May this year, the Ministry of External Affairs had made an important announcement, leaving behind the bitterness of many issues between the two countries. Under this, the patients coming from Pakistan will provide instant visa on the basis of the recruitment letter issued by the Government of India, the Prime Minister's Foreign Affairs Advisor Sartaj Aziz. Although this initiative of the Indian government was opposed by Islamabad saying that such a condition is ignored of diplomatic rules. And before July, when a patient of tumor was given a visa, then no such letter was sought at that time.
Sushma Swaraj had said at that time that this part is an integral part of India, so any patient should not have any recruitment letter for Pakistan for visa. However, after 15 August, any Pakistani citizen's medical visa has not been dismissed.
